At Design Build Architects, we are driven by the belief that there is always a better way to approach projects and achieve success. We embrace creativity, analysis, and iteration as key tools in our quest to find the best solutions for our clients.
As a company, we are committed to empowering our employees and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success, and we strive to create a work environment where they can thrive and feel valued. In fact, we have set a goal to become an employee-owned company within the next 5 years, and we actively seek out like-minded businesses that share this vision.
At DBA, we understand that our clients are the foundation of our business. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality, and we know that the key to achieving this is by putting our employees first. By valuing and investing in our team, we ensure that they have the skills, resources, and support they need to provide the best possible care to our clients.
Our mantra at DBA is, "There's always a better way," and we are committed to finding it through creativity, analysis, and iteration, while prioritizing the well-being and success of our employees. We believe that this approach will allow us to continue to grow and thrive as a company, while delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
At our company, we like to think of ourselves as a tree instead of a top down organization with the president on top. As a new company that started from scratch, the owner is the seed that has grown into a strong and sturdy tree, taking on all the initial tasks and responsibilities as the sapling. As the company grows, we branch out and add team members to take on different roles and responsibilities, becoming the branches of the tree.
As the main trunk, the owner is responsible for supporting and nourishing all the branches connected to them. This includes providing guidance and direction, as well as resources and support to help the branches thrive. The branches, in turn, are responsible for supporting their own leaves, which represent the specific tasks and responsibilities within their area of the company.
Our company serves the soil, or potential customers, and connects with them through our roots, or sales efforts and channels. The main root represents the primary avenue through which most sales funnel.
Overall, this analogy illustrates the hierarchical structure of our company and emphasizes the importance of strong communication and support at all levels. It also highlights the interconnectedness of all the different parts of our organization.
