The Duxbury Pool Pavilion is a high-performance addition to an established coastal residence. Rather than imitate the existing house, the pavilion was conceived as a warm contemporary counterpart—distinct in character while belonging to the larger property.

The project brings architecture, enclosure performance and construction coordination into one continuous conversation. Its scale and current construction phase make the work a clear example of the responsibility required to protect design intent as drawings become field decisions.

The pavilion reflects DBA’s position that exceptional residential architecture should be both visually resolved and technically durable.
