Professional Information
Terry Christensen was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. His aunt and cousins lived in Boise, Idaho and Terry used to visit them often while growing up. Terry remembers going to the Karcher Mall in Nampa, Idaho and shopping for school clothes during summer vacation. There were many fond memories Terry recalls and he has always loved Idaho and the Treasure Valley.
While studying Business Administration in college with an emphasis in Marketing, Terry earned a Business Administration Degree from California State University at Fullerton. After that he owned a construction business in California while completing his business degree from 1987 to 2004. Terry belonged to a real estate investment group there and obtained a California Real Estate license in 1989. He continued his education with some hands on experience by owning numerous investment properties in California. After reading over 200 books on investment real estate and attending numerous real estate seminars including property management classes through the years, Terry's love for building and investing strengthened his expertise in real estate management. Terry sold his construction business in California then moved his family back to Idaho and the Treasure Valley in September of 2004.
Terry has been asked to speak to and teach numerous businesses including civic groups about the benefits of real estate investing and the design build method of construction. He believes there is no better way on God's green earth to build a building than through the design build method of project construction. Duties:
- Business Development and Marketing
- Provide overall product and service management to the company
- Help supervise entitlement, design, and building functions for clients
- Manage customer service and client relations for the company
- Assist clients with investment opportunities in the Boise MSA
- Consult with owners and architects through pre-construction, working drawings and project construction phases
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration in Marketing, California State University at Fullerton.
